- To plan out the production as per production plan provided by the DPM.

- Ensure the implementation of SOP's and WI's on the plant floor.

- To maximize the lines wihtin the available limits to yield the maximum output order to meet and implement in time execution of production plan.

- To monitor & manage the wastage, damages and rejection of raw and packaging material.

- To ensure hyginene in plant.

- Ensure implementation of QC standards.

- To supervise the operations of pasteurizer and filler as per standard proceedure.

- To ensure CIP of processing area, pasteurizer and filler as per standard proceedure.

- To calculate and report line efficiency, btach yields, man power utlization etc.

- To take care of all the machines, equipment and other tools.

To ensure logging of plant parameters correctly and effectively in Daily log sheet.
