A leading Japanese Multinational consumer electronic and home appliance brand requires a Area Sales Manager, who is well expereinced in the Pakistan electronic market. Some of his major responsiblities will be:
- To provide sales forecast for his area.
- Collect and compile SELL THRU reports for the own and competition brands.
- Achievement of SKU wise & dealer wise sales target along with collection.
- Building & maintaining relationship and networks with assigned dealers.
- Handling dealer activation activities.
- Coach & train dealers & their sales force on product knowledge, grooming their sales merchandising skills.
- Achieve volume targets through area sales personnel.
- Explore and expand networks.
- Responsible for the sales targets for his area and ensure that targets are achieved.
- To monitor the performance of Competition brands / area/ dealers.
- To ensure efficient working of area sales personnel by regular field Contacts/monthly meetings and to assist them in over-coming their difficulties.
- Identify categories/ products/ dealers which are not performing satisfactory suggest activities in order bring desire improvement.
- To prepare sales estimates as per KPI.
- Visit regularly for the development of channel environment scan (market, trends, and competition) & measuring assessing business performance.
- To assess quality complaints and report where necessary.
- Checking and implementation of sales policy.
- Higher attention is required on poor performance of area/sales personnel & dealers for improvement.
- Implement and execute company plan/policy within assign areas.
- To ensure that all reports & returns concerning area is submitted to RSM as per schedule.
- Regular follow up and monitoring the recoveries.
- Maintaining & developing relationships with existing customers
- Processing payments, keeping client records up to date, and notifying clients about new sales.
