A qualified person with experience of Contracts Management in public and private sector.
The candidate is expected to be familiar with international contract modes and practice.
Should have knowledge of PPRA, PEC, and FIDIC contracts documents. Prepare contract documents, in consultation with Senior Contracts Manger, after having clear understanding of scope, risks and mode of procurement.
Liaison with other departments for having clear understanding of risks and scope.
Manages, expedites, and supports contractors and consultant s document submittals, budgets, and schedules.
Contract drafting, vetting and negotiations. Providing recommendations and negotiations with customer.
Maintain contractual records and documentation of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Direct contracting with clients around the world and within Pakistan. Dealing with public and private sectors relating to IT, Human Capital Division, Business Process Outsourcing, Competitive Intelligence, etc.

Commercial negotiations, preferably an experience with international vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preparation of RFPs and Bidding Documents in EPC/ PPP Conflict Resolution / Arbitration Degree Level
To conduct supervision in the stage of construction supervision for main works for the following works
To conduct meetings in relation with the construction work and prepare minutes of meetings,
To cooperate with the Team Leader of Consultant in verifying and issuing orders to the contractor,
To assist in issuance of payment certificates,
To maintain records on payment made by the Client,
To control progress of works and initiate corrective measures,
To recommend any modification of complementary items to be necessary to the contractor,
To prepare monthly progress reports,
To prepare project completion report for contractual portion,
To assist the Client in contractual matters with the contractors,
To advise or matters related to contract management,
To cooperate with the Team Leader of Consultant in verifying and issuing the variation order,
To advise on settlement of claims and disputes, and
To verify Engineer justification for variation order.
To assist in issuance of commissioning and acceptance tests.
To prepare and submit the monthly and quarterly reports and the required reports and documents in the civil work.
Minimum Qualification • Must have Civil or structural engineering, Construction management, Business or contract management, Building studies, Quantity surveying
Previous exposure to FIDIC contracts essential
Masters/Bachelors (Hons)16 Years of Education and 7+ years of experience
Degree Area Civil Engineering/Sciences with Law and Management
