Human resources Management systems (HRMS) specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining human resource management systems for the organization according to HR polices & procedures.

HRMS Specialist, will be responsible for on-going development, testing, troubleshooting and reporting of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) while ensuring the goals, objectives and business needs of the Human Resource department are met.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Liaise with IT and outsourced technical consultants from requirement gathering, configuration, testing till implementation of HR systems.
  • Establish and maintain systems according to HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and conduct in-house HRMS training programs to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date end-user training manuals and materials.
  • Establish and maintain up-to-date HRMS functional departmental documentation, standard operating procedures, as well a comprehensive HRMS reports library.
  • Provide periodic report to management on on-going HRMS implementation status with time lines.
  • Create employee profiles in HRMS, maintain standard employee information.
  • Complete document migration of employees to new system.
  • Maintain promotion/movement history, training and compensation record.
  • Assist in payroll processing and lead automation of manual processes.
  • Conduct HR process audit and measure effectiveness of on-going HR operations suggest process improvement.
  • Provide analytical reports on key trends and HR metrics.

Required Skills;

  • Good understanding of HRMS related products and terminology, implementation, architecture and integrated technologies. Working experience of SAP/Oracle would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in project management in a professional services role.
  • Experience with Database entry and maintenance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.
  • Requires the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
