- Provide on-going technical assistance to community-based activities and capacity building of the team working in the field.
- Develop/ strengthen the Village WASH committee to support WASH services in the community and identification of CRPs and AOC at the village level.
- Provide support for the development and implementation of a community-based social and behavior change strategy and related activities mainly focused on WASH.
- Develop and implement activities that lead to a strengthened community-based approach in project
- Liaise with various stakeholders including but not limited to provincial DOH, DCO, local government, development partners, UN agencies and create excellent working relations with other consortium and partners (if required).
- Contribute to documenting experiences, success stories, activity reports, presentations, briefs and articles of publication.
- Develop work plan and design different campaigns at the field level and to develop IEC material (flip charts, banners, posters, etc.) for project activities.
- Develop/ adopt communication strategies for the team for the intervention and enhance knowledge on the approaches in community mobilization and BCC.
- Prepare and finalize the submission of project quarterly and annual progress reports, including background documents.
- Responsible to conduct CLTS and hygiene promotion activities at field level.
- Responsible to achieve the ODF villages targets set as per detail implementation plan (DIP).
- Responsible to conduct training for CRPs/AOC and village WASH committees.
- Contribute to developing concept papers and proposals for prospective donors required by the Program Manager at HQ.
- Strong coordination with Program Manager at HQ level and facilitation to Program Manager at Field level at district Sanghar and Umerkot for project activities.
- Reporting to Project Coordinator at the district level.
- Any other task assign by Project Coordinator and Senior Manager WASH & DRR
