§ Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter or similar work.
§ Create organization literature and other documents of communication with senior leadership.
§ Create marketing and promotional materials, both print & electronic.
§ Research media coverage and industry trends.
§ Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
§ Recommend, implement, and maintain site design & operation.
§ Develop, design & launch marketing communications campaigns.
§ Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, newsletters content, social media content, annual report and speaking proposals.
§ Identify, develop and execute communication strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
§ Manage Shifa Foundation Website and its updates and ensure its alignment with the organization brand guidelines.
§ Develop fresh story ideas.
§ Conduct extensive media outreach & liaison with media professionals for community engagement.
§ Collecting data and maintain databases.
§ Assist in maintaining web content.
§ Facilitate effective internal & external communications.
§ Maintain calendars for international days celebrations.
§ Prepare presentations and reports.
§ Organize press conferences on behalf of Shifa Foundation
