To act as liaison between formal health system and Community health worker
To facilitate community health workers for mapping of un-covered area assigned
To supervise and provide on the job training to CHWs, review and evaluate the performance of the CHWs.
To Implement the community health services package devised in coordination with district government health departments of Lodhran and monitor its implementation
To Guide the CHW’s in the implementation of the set action plans. Conduct monthly supervisory meeting with CHWs.
To conduct regular visits to the CHWs in their communities to assess and assist in their work.
To assist with the formation of community health committees.
To identify and report immediately to the supervisor any problem that may interfere in achieving program objectives.
To make Monthly Activity Report with CHWs and submit to supervisor.
To collation and recording of data through Web based Management Information System (MIS)
Any other task Assigned by Supervisor.
