Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, including but not limited to the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, and the Ministry of Health
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance to the hospital leadership team
Coordinate and manage regulatory inspections and respond to inquiries and investigations from regulatory authorities
Monitor changes in regulations and ensure that the hospital is aware of and complies with any changes in regulations or guidelines
Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports, such as license applications and renewal applications
Serve as the hospital's representative in meetings with regulatory authorities
Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood and followed
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records related to regulatory compliance
Ensure that the hospital maintains all necessary licenses and permits
