Manage & supervise overall boiler section and to assist GM FMD in Boiler, Laundry, and kitchen equipment operations and maintenance activities
Physical inspection of new material
Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
Gate pass preparation, verification & sign
Supervise and monitor direct technicians as required to ensure maintain activities are conducted in safe and proper manner
Develop operation, safety, and maintenance procedures or assist in their development
Identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events
Keep up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job
Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems
Make use of his professional knowledge and competence so as to provide technical advice to GM FMD as and when required
Ensure PPM routine is carried out in safe and professional manner
Ensure inspection to all boiler and other equipment’s under charge to identify problem defects and the need advertise or repair
