Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and finalize provisional bill(s) along with required supporting documents.
Answer all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
Attend conferences and meetings.
Maintain all office record in proper folder(s).
Receive the finalized invoices of panel medical bills from IPD/OPD billing section as per the assigned panel portfolio.
Integrity and value of the hospital must be protected.
Maintain Discipline and must follow departmental rules and procedures.
