Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate instructions issued by Administrator Faisalabad.
Keep and maintain departmental record.
Maintain professional growth by keeping abreast of HR trends and practices.
Maintain a well-structured CV data base.
Prepare reports of department activities on daily/ weekly/monthly basis, as required.
Facilitate staff and ensure any problems and delays are addressed accordingly.
Receive calls, provide timely feedback and resolve issues.
Conduct training need analysis and coordinate with Head of the Departments and In-charges to determine training needs for employees of their respective departments/ areas.
Provide relevant information to candidates, employees, and visitors and referring to appropriate person, if required.
