- Develop, assess and negotiate contracts on non- disclosure, consulting, service, consignments, terms and conditions and commercial documents
- Ensure consistency of contract terms with company policies and goals
- Expedite and review contracts from company’s suppliers, customers and parties
- Review and negotiate contracts
- Lead to review best practices to enhance contracts review processes
- Maintain the record of Legal Cases and agreements
- Coordinate and visit to the offices of the legal advisors of the company for the preparation of plaints, written statements, appeals, writs, notices, etc
- Maintain and update the record pertaining to judicial or quasi-judicial legal cases, updating the diary of legal cases and proceedings/ hearing of the legal cases, etc
- Drafting of legal notices
- Representing parties in violation of patient rights cases
- Representing clients in civil disputes over medical care
- Attend court hearings
- Advise doctors how to comply with health regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of information
