Responsibilities
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, renewal as the case maybe.
- Communicate contract related information to all the stakeholders.
- Responsible for the identification and mitigation of vendor risks and issues.
- Manage compliance risks associated with the laws, rules and regulations.
- Well versed with contracts’ drafting, negotiating with the stakeholders.
Skills:
- Have a thorough understanding of laws related to contracts.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and/or changes in the market.
- Have excellent written and spoken communications.
