Data entry and maintenance of all other records.
Deal with shareholders.
Verify transfer deeds.
Maintain record of dividend.
Prepare maintenance of files in connection with board meetings and annual general meetings.
Split shares.
Filing of periodic reports and statutory forms.
Filing of Returns with SECP.
Dispatch of quarterly reports to Shareholders.
Proper documentation of Audit Committee Meeting, Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting.
Reconcile all the dividend accounts with bank every month.
Handle the share on monthly basis.
Liaison with external auditors in connection with information required by them.
Keep the record of attendance sheet and office stationery.
Manage routine office work including maintaining and labeling files of the department.
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Follow departmental policy, procedures and SOPs.
Respect cultural values and demonstrate the same in action.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Perform any other related task assigned by senior team member.
Participate in quality improvements and assurance activities.
Supervise leaves and attendance roster and approve overtime, leaves to subordinates.
