Well-versed with social media strategy, planning and implementation (proven experience in effectively managing corporate social media platforms .i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Creating consistent, meaning full content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
Managing social media posts, communicating with social media followers, and responding to queries in a timely manner
Developing and managing social influencer programs by creating brand advocates
Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. to evaluate company’s social media presence and performance
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
Creating brand awareness and online reputation by networking with online communities, bloggers, and influencers to gain endorsement. Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
Optimizing company social media pages and profiles to increase the visibility of company’s social content & improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
SEO and generating inbound traffic and leads. Optimizing copy and landing pages for SEO. Performing ongoing keyword research for expansion of keyword opportunities
Implementing content recommendations for organic and paid SEO
Performing other duties as needed
