Conduct soft skills training as per organizational needs.
Conduct training need analysis and coordinate with Head of the Departments and In-charges to determine training needs for employees of their respective departments/ areas
Develop, organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend the existing ones.
Design, develop and conduct new employees and workers Orientation Program as per the defined Company policy.
Plan, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction in the organization.
Facilitate the process of developing in-house / international training calendar.
