An innovation driven digital project of an American healthcare company requires a qualified Assistant Manager Business Development for their Lahore Office. Ideal candidate should have done MBBS or B-Pharmacy. Candidates with MBA degree in addition to medical qualification would be a huge plus.
The responsibilities of the role are :-
- Market Analysis
- Conduct research and analyse customer needs
- Identification of new markets and prospective clients and partners
- Devise and execute go-to & reach-out strategy by assisting in presenting propositions to prospective clients and potential partners by pitching company’s services
- Screen prospective business deals by conducting in-depth analysis on potential, financials, risk and ROI.
- Develop negotiation strategies, and implement the same to ensure successful closing of business contracts
- Ensure that the company’s operative feasibility is integrated in business contracts
- Assist in developing contracts in liaison with legal team to ensure adherence to company’s values and operational guidelines
- Build and nourish long term business relationships with clients and partners
- Analyse and provide insight & feedback from business meetings and current as well as potential clients
Requirements for this role are:-
- Business Degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Industry in Pakistan
