We are looking for an HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Design and oversee interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, contracts and offers.
Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with changing legislation and legal requirements and ensuring policy awareness.
Plan, monitor, and appraise HR operations like providing support to existing staff members, attending their queries, keeping a check on their discipline and regularity, etc.
Take complete ownership of entire HR Processes from A to Z with a proactive attitude.
Update internal databases (e.g. records, sick leaves, short leaves, etc.)

Requirements:

Must be Graduated (HRM specialization Prefered)
Less than 1 or 1 years experience in human resources or recruitment.
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Extensive knowledge of HR policies

Salary: PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month
