- Making outbound calls to businesses.
- Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices and services
- Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
- Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
- Focusing on up selling/cross selling
- Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty
- Generating daily reports
Note: We don't need such qualifications but you need to have a good English accent to apply for the job.
We will provide training and test a mockup call for further decisions.
PROFILE NEEDED:
- Excellent communication (English)
- Strong selling skills and customer oriented
- Confident, friendly and engaging personality
- Well-mannered and polite
