As Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be contacting current and potential Business customers and effectively provide technical support related to our products and services.

Timings:

This Position is for Evening/Night Shift (6:00PM to 3:00AM)

Skills Required:

Strong proven Customer Services Experience
Strong passion for Customer Service
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Training:

ERP product training will be provided once onboard.

Preference will be given to experienced male candidates.
