Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in direct customer support (US based clients preferred)
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Accounting, Business Application or Software technical skills is a definite plus
- Some experience in troubleshooting of basic networking and peripherals
- Proactive candidate must have good skills to work in a fast paced team environment!
- Available to work during day & nights (9 hour shifts) any day of the week
- Must be punctual and flexible in shift hours
