DRAFTSMAN / DRAFTER

Summary

Siddique Ice is seeking an experienced draftsman to translate Architect’s/Engineer’s designs into detailed drawings. Familiarity with the following is equired:

Steel structure drafting
Process Pipe drafting
Civil drafting
Electrical/Plumbing drawings
National CAD Standard

Responsibilities

Produce models & working drawings in AutoCAD (Plans, Elevations, Sections, Details/Isometrics)
Reviews engineering drawing and designs to ensure they are compliant with specifications.
Resolves discrepancies between original drawings and CAD designs
Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil/Mechanical prefered.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & MS Project.
2-4 year experience drawing pipelines, pressure vessels, civil structures, steel structures
Must work well under pressure and deadlines
Must have the ability to read plans and engineering drawings
Must be organized and detailed orientated

Full pay upon successful completion of a 90-day new hire probationary period.
