We are looking for a qualified Sales Head Real Estate for Dealer Networking and Agents.

Coordinating and Networking will bring the business to the organization.

Real Estate Dealers/ Agents will be responsible for selling property for our real estate business. They will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be in good standing with the Real Estate Housing Schemes and have good experience with sales and networking.

As our Sales Head Real Estate for Dealer/ Agents Networking, you’ll hit the ground running with sales and marketing tools, online resources, and lead generation, so you have everything you need to succeed in this industry.

Responsibilities & Duties

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
Develop business networks and collaborate, Develop expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market standards.
Promote sales on properties through advertisements, open houses, and participate in multiple listing services.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
