We are looking for a Front Desk Officer/HR to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

Company: Sigma Properties & Marketing Pvt. Ltd.

Required Experience and Eligibility: Fresh Graduate or 1 years of experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Females are encouraged to apply)

Core Responsibilities:

Greet persons entering the organization.
Direct persons to correct destination.
Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone.
Makes a record of all walk-in customers.
Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed.
Send, receive, sort & distribute mail and deliveries.
Make record of daily mail & deliveries.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Skills Required:

Proven work experience as a receptionist
Strong communication and people skills
Knowledge of MS Office
