Silent Roar Productions is looking for qualified “Assistant Manager Marketing” who must be self- starters, energetic with strong communication skills, good organization and presentation skills. The role requires a good knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies along with a strong blend of promotional tactics.

Responsibilities

Developing marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.
Support the development of content marketing initiatives that align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Monitor corporate social media accounts and online presence, including developing social media campaigns and creating engaging content with co-ordination of artist and label partnership team.
Work with cross-functional teams, such as digital music distribution, artists development, business development representative in other countries to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
Conduct market research to identify local & global trends, opportunities and threats in music industry and use this data to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
BBA in marketing
