The incumbent shall be responsible for the following;

Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Edbiz Consulting's website including all websites related to the company's products and affiliates.
Keep all websites updated with the latest information and content by liaising with the business development unit.
Generate edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) on all social media platforms by liaising with the business development unit.
Craft site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns.
Implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems and networks.
Provide assistance to employees for hardware support, network and connectivity issues, unattended installation of software, windows operating systems and peripherals.
Software (including operating system and applications) and hardware installation.
Software, hardware and network troubleshooting and maintenance.
Computer networking.
Create and maintain necessary technical documentation.
Recommend and engineer new and user-friendly technologies to facilitate the employees.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should be passionate about IT.
Should be exceptionally tuned up with the ethics of web development, designing and artwork.
Have knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of graphics designing will be a plus.
