We are looking for a full time, long term hire who will come onto our team and take over all projects related to marketing and customer experience and engagement! The work would include: ● Own and manage our content strategy ● Come up with creative ideas (and implement them) to build our database and our external audience ● Create an engagement strategy (and implement it) to keep in touch with our database in a way that adds value and is fun! ● Leverage our LinkedIn network better ● Run our online training program and come up with ways to drive maximum attendance to all virtual events ● Run our community strategy - including using gamification, email marketing, contests and promotions and other creative ways to keep our clients engaged with us
Spend all day long thinking about our creating fun and effective ways to increase our engagement with our clients, our existing database and small business owners out there in the world who do not yet know us (but need to!) ● Manage media & PR ○ Manage hit list of Press we want to be in ○ Support ongoing pitch and proposal development ○ Manage logistics and implementation of any/all secured opportunities ○ Ensure that any Press we do is talked about through all Silver Lining Channels - Blog, Social Media etc ● Manage speaking engagements ○ Manage hit list of Events we want to be speaking at ○ Support ongoing pitch and proposal development ○ Manage logistics and implementation of any/all secured opportunities ○ Ensure that any Speaking we do is talked about through all Silver Lining Channels - Blog, Social Media etc ● Manage social media ○ Distribute content through social media ○ Come up with outreach campaigns and lead magnets through social media to generate more Contacts ○ Connect with our customers, partners and general database through social media to continue to build the Silver Lining network online!
