Assistant Immigration consultant

STC require assistant immigration consultant who can work efficiently with the immigration consultant in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be disciplined and professional, with good work ethics; a result-oriented individual with high attention to detail, excellent command of English; and strong computer skills. The ideal candidate should be able to:

Assist in preparing appropriate forms, letters of support and drafting legal submissions for review by the consultant;
Prepare visa application forms and checklists and send to clients;
Review materials and forms provided by clients; provide feedback with regards to deficiencies and missing information;
Follow up with clients to ensure receipt of documents;
Follow up with clients for requested information;
Respond to client queries via email and telephone calls;
Research schools/programs; contact schools for admissions;
Research UPDATES on CIC & Provincial Nominee Programs;
Assist with social media advertising via Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, Instagram, etc.;
Enter clients' profiles correctly into the database/portal;
Prepare draft correspondence for the review of the immigration consultant;
Keep clients updated on the status of their cases;
Provide information to clients on IELTS or CELPIP Tests, educational credential assessments, police clearances and visa medical exams;
Maintain regular communication with applicants and the immigration consultant and other STC consultants;
Reach out to potential applicants, market our services, attract new customers;
