- Remotely monitor and troubleshoot various microsoft hosted exchange environments for our us based client.
- Must have 5 to 6 years of working experience and intimate proficiency with microsoft exchange 2013/2016 administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
- Must have 3 years working experience supporting,maintaining and administering core mircrosoft technologies/ o365.In depth understanding and working exchange mailboxes,distribution lists and contacts.Working knowledge of connectwise manage itsm.
- Working knowledge of remote access technologies.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, and experience in a professional service environment, with responsibility for supporting multiple applications and network environments.
- Mobile messaging technologies,activesync,owa and mdm.
- Collaboration,microsoft teams,skype for business.
- The qualified candidate must be available to work on weekend call rotations.
- Available to assist the team in case of emergency.
- Be able to speak and understand english.
- Communicate via email in a business setting.
