Inbound INC Communications is a Direct TV USA-based company engaged in manufacturing and selling a number of brands in sports Apparel and related products. We are seeking a new and experienced agent Customer Services Representative to join our team. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of researching, writing communication in excellent English.
A package competitive to the market will be offered.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met by completing uploads on a weekly basis and making sure product specs are provided on time.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience to provide the customer with relevant information, advice, and conversion opportunities.
• Day to day management of the Record, and Strong Command over Spoken-English with having good American or British Accent
• Owning client relationships and having strong communication with clients and other team members
• Event coverage.
• Directing or performing Report updates.
Requirements:
• Bachelors/master’s degree with minimum 6 months to 2years experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining portals.
• Knowledgeable of the space that includes marketing strategies, product development.
• Competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
Perks :
Office Timings: 9pm to 6am. Saturday, Sunday off
Offering Fixed 50,000 to 60,000 Basic Salary and other Incentives. Earn upto 300k to 400
