Sindh school system welfare foundation is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to supervise education operations. The individual will be stationed at Korangi public school in malir.

Job description:

Carry and sustain the vision of quality of education
Supervise managerial staff across all schools in Sindh
Lead the development of academic plans for Korangi Public School, Tando Mohammad Khan schools, and any other prospective SSSWF schools
Analyze and document quarterly project goals and strategize ways to achieve them
Formulate community engagement programs in Malir especially for mothers’
Monitor teacher evaluation reports and facilitate teachers’ training program
Evaluate the accomplishment of curriculum objectives and grade-wise academic standards
Perform staff evaluations and create staff performance reports
Ensure all staff complies with code of conduct prescribed by SSSWF

Minimum qualifications:

MA in education/public policy/social development or BA in the above supported be extensive work experience
Passion and interested in quality education
Demonstrate awareness and passion to work in underserved areas Station: Korangi public school, malir

Salary:
