Manage the existing distribution setup & make new ones, lead the sales team effectively and shall have to achieve concerned sales targets.
Market development: Base on the company's business development strategy and the sales target, cooperate with the market department to organize the implementation of the regional market development plan and specific implementation plans to promote the company and product brand;
Customer relationship management: According to the company's business development needs, through the organization of the customer groups in the area under its jurisdiction to the company's inspection, visit and exchange to establish a smooth customer communication channel; responsible for visiting important customers in the region, supervising and inspecting sales representative to customers Regular visits
