A leading US-based Multinational Company is hiring for its new innovation center in Islamabad. We are looking for Enthusiastic & Passionate individuals to reshape the future of medical diagnostics with cutting edge AI, Block chain & Big Data technology.
Required Skills:
- Experience in defining and developing a new product or service.
- Identify problems solvable by AI/Spotting automation opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to make difficult tradeoff decisions, communicate decisively, and create a roadmap to achieve business goals.
- Thorough understanding of Internet & Cloud Technologies.
- Ability to provide first line training/guidance and coaching on new products/features and state of the art AI tools to all team members.
- Basic statistics skills acquired through academic study (i.e. math, computer science, engineering, economics, and physics) or comparable work experience.
- Excellent Managerial, Interpersonal & Communication skills.
- Technical/Managerial experience in the healthcare industry will be a plus.
Major Duties:
- Working with executives and business line stakeholders to define the problems to solve with AI and Data technologies.
- Manage multicultural, multidisciplinary teams over multiple locations.
- Will take a data-driven approach to defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans, progress and success.
- Corral and organize experts from business lines, data scientists, and engineers to create shared goals and specs for AI products.
- Will be working closely with Engineering, QA & delivery teams to see successful release, maintenance, product adoption and user engagement for your product area.
- Develop and oversee the documentation process of the AI and Data projects.
- Manage and lead the product throughout its lifecycle to its timed completion.
- Meet necessary regulatory standards for product certification by the relevant bodies.
- Foster relationships with cloud and other related vendors.
- Manage, deploy and monitor applications on cloud.
Qualification: Minimum graduation with BS/BE in CS/SE/CE/EE from a reputable institute.
Experience:
More than 12 years of overall experience with at-least 03 years hands-on experience in Product Management with specialized expertise in artificial intelligence, machine Learning, large scale data solutions, process automation and have demonstrated success at leading the Enterprise solutions.
