We are looking for a committed Site Supervisor with a solid background in civil work to join our team. The successful candidate will have practical experience in civil construction and hold a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs40,000. The position requires hands-on involvement in managing construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress reports and any challenges encountered.
- Provide support in resolving technical or operational issues that arise during construction.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
