Should have at least years of experience in garment Industry.
Should have sound knowledge of the complete process in cutting section cut plan, lay plan, and about fabric.
Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
Make the Cutting Plan as per the Production Plan.
Lay Inspection- Marking – and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.
Ensure Numbering are made actually.
Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
Make effective cutting plan and % achievement of cut-to ship.
Should have effective controls to eliminate fabric wastage.
Supervise and ensure cutting fabric quality and quantities.
Any other works as & when required by the management always communicate with the production team to meet on time delivery.
To ensure the garments product safety.
