Timely correspondence with clients, suppliers, banks, forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, governmental and non – governmental departments.
Handling all the legal matters and documentation for import & export.
Regular follow-up with all import/export shipments on a daily basis.
Able to communicate well in English.
To create and maintain logistics-related reports on an Oracle-based ERP system.
Well-organized and able to work independently to meet targets.
To coordinate with PPC department to communicate delivery times to clients.
To maintain a data library for easy file extraction.
Have a grip in Microsoft Office.
Make sure all company policies and regulations are implemented.
