• Good communication skills. Fluent in English; both speaking and writing.

• North American English accent

• Computer savvy

• Attention to detail with excellent organization skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Customer service experience will be preferred.

• Work from home during the Evening Shift (6 PM to 2 AM PST)

• Accounting experience a plus

Job Duties:

The employee will:

• Process our clients' payroll on a daily basis, resolve client issues and concerns, establish and maintain a positive working relationship with the clients

• Conduct accounting due diligence for the firm's clients

• Incorporate companies in the USA

• Apply for tax registration numbers with different states

• Process sales tax filings for various states

• Perform other administrative tasks for the firm

You are not expected to know how to perform these tasks: adequate training will be provided. A smart individual who is eager to learn will be the best fit for this job.
