Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and directing customers in a very well manner.
Providing accurate information to customers (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services.
Inform customers about discounts and special offers of the company.
Ensure the display are fully stocked and wel managed.
Coordinate with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Making sure that the store meets sales targets.
