Job Description

Sky Marketing is in search of a Content Writer to join our team to deliver quality and creative content. The position requires:

Intellectual and creative individual with strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter and ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to write for the brand voice
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, marketing or another relevant field is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to project management to deadlines, identify writing style, language and tone to meet a variety of target audiences (location, demographics, infographics), and develop and implement strategic content
Strong skills using technology in the workplace including Google docs, WordPress or a similar web-hosting service, SEO tools (Spyfu, SEMRush, Moz, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster tools), and PR distribution tools (Newswire, PR News)
Highly articulate and persuasive verbally and in all written formats, writing/proofreading experience demonstrated by the proven ability to distill complex ideas into clear concepts
Experience producing content optimized for SEO best practices
