An American business Company operating in Pakistan for last 15 years is expanding its CONSUMER BUSINESS GROUP and looking for a visionary high performing , energetic National Sales Manager based at Lahore , to assist customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. He will be responsible for dveloping infrastructure and maximizing the sales team potential, creating sales plans and implement suceesfully.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics for the sale of company’s mainstream products.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

In depth knowledge of trade challenges & thus enhancing / establishing nationwide distribution networks .

   Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.

 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

 

Requirements:

 Successful previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager in a renowned multinational company , consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  Strong business sense and industry expertise.

 Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

 Train and motivate all sales staff for maximizing sales and achievement efficiency.

Dealing with staffing issues such as roster, shuffling and transfers.

Providing and organizing in house staff training and development.

Ensure that all sales staff is properly dressed, attentive and regular.

Ensure discipline, ethics and transparency in the sales team.

Ensure that all marketing and POS activities are implemented as per the company standards.

Continuously monitor stock position to ensure that required inventory is available all the time and maintained in an organised manner.

 Present relevant reports to the management on regular basis.

Any other task assigned by the Management.
