SQA / Support Engineer / Technical Writer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer with technical writing skills to execute tests plans to ensure product quality & produce high quality product docs & end user manuals. Applicants must have Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Responsibilities

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

Can Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and user guides
