Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is focused and can help our company grow. We are currently expanding into different geographical markets, and we are looking for an ambitious candidate to assist us along the way.

The main responsibilities include:

1- Identifying new sales leads and generating possible leads over the internet.

2- Pitching products and services over Phone, Email/Chats. The primary job responsibility includes telecommunication and sales over calls.

3- Negotiating with our clients with a tendency and experience of winning.

4- Day to day communication & follow-up with clients from start to the end of the project.

5- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and ensuring that customer is happy, post sales. Record keeping and data management are also included in the job responsibilities.

6- Maintaining long-term relations with clients on a (permanent basis and ensuring further projects from clients

We are looking for:

1- An experienced professional who has previously worked in Sales. Experience in a call center is preferable.

2- The candidate must have an excellent command over English. The candidate should have an American or British accent for better communication with the clients.

3- The candidate must be well versed and experienced with communications

4- We are looking for ideal TOP Guns for our organization.

NOTE: This job is SALARY + Commission basis

The candidate will be provided various incentives along with the basic salary. A generous commission of 1% will be given on each sale the Business Development Executive brings to the organization
