Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats/emails from lead/customers.
Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us.
Test different tactics and channels to optimize sales process.
Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

The ideal candidate should have:

Interest in learning new things.
Excellent verbal / written communication skill.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Continuously improve through feedback
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Strong persuasive skills to the international clients.
