We are looking for a "Content Writer" to join our team and build our blog by consistently writing quality articles for our blog. Sleek Funnels a "Top Rated" digital marketing company and most of our clients are from the US. We want to set up and grow an authority blog at our own website with the objective of attracting new leads and clients through content marketing.

Content on our blog will be on different topics related of digital marketing. If you’re familiar with producing online content, we’d like to call you for an interview. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality articles / blog posts that attract our target audience and gets ranked in Google search.

Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to find “low hanging fruit” keywords
Generate content ideas according to the keyword research
Research topics related to our market i.e. “Digital Marketing”
Create a content calendar to plan content publishing in advance
Write articles consistently according to the content calendar to grow our blog
Develope unique and attractive headlines and body
Optimize content for search engines according to targeted keywords
Proof-read and edit blog posts before publication
Publish the blog posts on our Wordpress blog

Skills:

Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Strong written communication skills
Strong research skills
Samples of your work or portfolio of published articles

Preference Criteria:

You will be preferred if any of the following apply to you: (The skills listed below are only preferential, not mandatory.)

Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
Hands-on experience with WordPress
Knowledge about “Digital Marketing” is a big plus
Students and graduates from reputable Universities
Candidates with O/A Level background with excellent English
Candidates with experience in SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEM Rush, etc)
Candidates who can speak fluently in English (even better if you have a US/UK accent)

Salary can range anywhere between Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000 depending on the experience and competence.
We don’t require candidates to have any degree or educational background. We want quality work, even if you don’t have any degree. We want a dynamic and thriving team member, not necessarily a degree holder (although a degree holder would be given preference).
The position is "Islamabad" based, so only apply if you are a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
