  • Our Team is currently looking for an Head of Operations to manage and be the primary responsible person for ensuring that the Company's day-to-day operations and management processes running smoothly.
  • This includes reacting to rapidly changing circumstances where your reaction and ability to think strategically and long-term will be essential.
  • You will work in a fast-paced and exciting environment managing people, overseeing their progress, determining areas for improvement as well as developing a long-lasting and professional relationship with our internal team and independent contractors.
  • You will also be ensuring that our Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented and, regularly, you will also be responsible for updating them with the intent to incorporate the changes into the company culture and daily operations.
  • This role is excellent for applicants who want to improve their communication, teamwork and organisation skills.
  • All of the training and SOPs will be provided to fully equip you for this role.
