Good knowledge of HR functions, specially HR operations.
Maintain monthly headcount reports (Joining-Leaving Report) Undertake duties supporting the use of HRMS including making changes into the system and updating the data as and when required.
Induction of new employees in HRMS.
Responsible for Advance salary.
Responsible for Banks ‘employee external verifications & salary slips.
Handling general queries of employees.
Responsible for maintaining record of test Sims & pool phone Sims
Keep and maintain all records of employee hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, demotions, advances, loans, termination, and resignations
Collect ongoing information regarding the satisfaction of employees on salary packages and wages, working conditions, etc.
Keep staff informed on anti-discrimination regulations.
Review and update employee rules and regulations
Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date.
Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.
Maintain employees attendance and leaves record in HRMIS.
Assist in Payroll.
