• Support HR department with administrative tasks and research
  • Handles employment application intake.
  • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assists with new-employee orientations.
  • Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
  • Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
  • Assists the manager with HR projects.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
  • Provides callers with information such as company address,directions to the company location, company website and other related information.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and scanning.

  •  Qualifications: · 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Excellent People Skills · Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Effective time management and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) · Excellent communication skills
