Qualities We Expect:
• Fast Learner- Should be able to familiarize with the ins and outs of our robot vacuum cleaners, and be comfortable working in an online environment, with various channels of communication.
• Customer focused - understand and address customer needs
• Great communicator - needs to be able to communicate progress and challenges to the rest of the team
• Fluent German (Advanced Level) in: reading, writing and speaking.

• Attract new customers by effectively answering their questions on our robotics products online
• Encourage customer loyalty by providing troubleshooting and education to resolve customer complaints and concerns via e-mail, chat function and when required via Phone
• Design and implement methods for storing and sharing information on customer complaints and queries, so that the rest of the organization can learn
