UK based company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team in Islamabad office. As a successful applicant you will be responsible for the following:
Job Description
· Reconcile and post customer receipts (cash, bank, and credit card transactions) against the sales invoices
· Raise sales invoices & credit notes
· Assist in credit control
· Maintaining the sales ledger
· Bank reconciliations
· Liaise with third party providers, customers and suppliers
· Post month-end / weekly journals
· Maintain Fixed Assets Register
· Basic administration
· Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience
· MBA (Finance) / Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACMA, CA)
· Fluent in English language
· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of double entry
· Experience of NetSuite
· Attention to detail
· High level of accuracy
