We are looking for a senior resource, experienced in managing a large technical team. Technical and Management skills both are essential for this post.

Skills:

Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and sound knowledge of Agile, waterfall, and prototype.
Must have experience in managing technical teams.
Well-versed with traditional project management principles and practices, and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases.
Please keep up with the modern industry practices involved in designing & developing high-quality software.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Must be hard-working and problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, Basecamp, or equivalent.
Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP (Laravel & Wordpress), MEAN/MERN, SQL and MySQL.
Good understanding of mySQL, AngularJS, HTML/CSS/JQuery.
Experience with Ionic and Codeigniter and Laravel.
Has technical knowledge of building APIs.
Work on multiple languages from PHP to Hybrid applications.
